Different reasons have been cited for this non-mention. The present study addresses the non-mention of the Basmalah at the beginning of the al-Barāʾah chapter. To this end, different viewpoints were examined. Moreover, the relevant circumstances surrounding the revelation of the chapter were taken into account. The Tabūk battle was the major event in the year 9 AH. The different behavior shown by the Prophet's companions at the time of this battle was an indication of the existence two groups: the faithful and the hypocrites. The year 9 AH was a turning point in the history of the Arabian Peninsula. Most people's inclination toward Islam was for political, security, and economic reasons. Their approach to Islam was based on their interests. The predominant feature was unbelief under the guise of faith, i.e., hypocrisy. This is also evidenced in the chapter's content. The Basmalah mentioned by God Almighty at the beginning of every Qurʾānic chapter is a way of inviting people to benefit from God's general and specific mercy. However, the barrier of unbelief created by hypocrites prevents God's mercy from reaching them. In fact, the consequence of their behavior was that their ties with God and with the Islamic ʾummah were severed. In a sense, this was their inward wish and God deprived them of His mercy because of their own behavior.    }, keywords = {the Holy Qurʾān,Basmala,the al-Barāʾah chapter,Hypocrisy,unbelief}, title_fa = {بررسی عدم ذکر «بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم» در ابتدای سوره برائت با تأکید بر محتوای سوره}, abstract_fa = {    سورۀ مبارکۀ برائت تنها سوره در قرآن کریم است که با آیۀ کریمۀ «بسم‌الله الرحمن الرحیم» آغاز نشده است. در دربارۀ عدم ذکر آیۀ بسمله در ابتدای سورۀ برائت دلایل مختلفی مطرح می‌شود، پژوهش حاضر ضمن بررسی هر یک از دیدگاه‌های مطرح، با نظر به قراین خارجی در فضای سورۀ برائت اعم از فضای نزول و جوّ نزول، در پی آن است که مسئلۀ عدم ذکر بسمله در ابتدای سورۀ برائت را بررسی شود.  رفتار گوناگون اصحاب پیامبر در جنگ تبوک (به‌عنوان واقعۀ مهمی در سال نهم هجرت) بیانگر گروه‌های مختلف مؤمنان و منافقان است. سال نهم یک نقطۀ عطف تاریخی در تاریخ شبه‌جزیرۀ عربستان بود و گرایش اکثریت به اسلام نوعاً به دلایل سیاسی، امنیتی و اقتصادی محسوب می‌شود و رویکردشان به اسلام تابع منافعشان بود و چهره‌ای که بیشتر خود را نشان می‌داد، کفر در پرتو ایمان یا به‌عبارت دیگر «نفاق» بود؛ رفتاری که محتوای سوره نیز شاهدی بر آن است.     ذکر آیۀ بسمله از جانب خداوند سبحان در ابتدای هر سوره، دعوت از مردم برای بهره‌گیری از رحمت عامه و خاصۀ خداوند است منافقان در اثر مانعی که از کفر در برابر رحمت الهی ایجاد کرده‌اند، خویشتن را از رحمت الهی محروم کرده‌اند و به‌عبارتی عملکرد منافقان و به‌نوعی خواستۀ باطنی ایشان، قطع پیوند با خداوند و امت اسلامی است، خداوند هم پیرو رفتار منافقان، ایشان را از رحمت الهی خویش محروم کرده است.    }, keywords_fa = {بسمله,سورۀ برائت,قرآن کریم,کفر,نفاق}, url = {https://jqi.ut.ac.ir/article_60570.html}, eprint = {https://jqi.ut.ac.ir/article_60570_dc996c8aa97b3512f879192633acd802.pdf} }
